EATING A DIFFERENT WAY

I used to eat 10 ice cream sandwiches at a time. I'd spread them out on my car dashboard when I lived in Southern California so they would melt. Once I had eaten them, I'd think about going into the store to buy another box of 10 but I thought, "No that would be crazy." I have developed healthier eating habits focusing on lessening my need for sugar, which has increased my energy level. In this workshop, KAREN HERRICK, PhD and Author, will focus on the differences between emotional and physical hunger and will help you gain a more positive and peaceful attitude between food and your body.
