Pilates, effective for all fitness levels, is an exercise and body conditioning program that will improve fitness, posture, appearance and strength. It will eliminate excess tension and strain on the joints. Combining concentration and exertion, we will teach you to focus the mind on the body with proper breathing and precise movements. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat.
