WINEMAKING
$290/5 sessions: Thursdays, May 5, 7:30-9:00
Guided by LOU SODANO of THE WINE EXPERIENCE in Tinton Falls, we will make our own Chilean wine. We will meet 5 times, over a period of 9 months, to de-stem and crush the grapes, barrel the wine, name and design personalized labels, & bottle the wine. The cost is $290 which includes wine, bottles, personalized labels, and corks. ($9.50 added to cover paypal processing.)
