You owe it to yourself!  Give your body 90 minutes to relax, regroup, and rejuvenate.  A mind/body program for all levels and ages.  Learn postures and breathing that will help relieve tension and stress.  RICHARD KOSTER will teach you how to relax by consciously releasing tension throughout your body. Dress in comfortable clothes and bring a mat.
